Returns & Warranty
Warranty Coverage
All Lezhifan products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For commercial and hospitality projects, extended warranties of up to 5 years are available — please inquire with our sales team.
What Is Covered
- Structural frames and bases (weld breaks, frame deformation)
- Mechanical mechanisms (recline, lift, tilt mechanisms)
- casters and glides (defective wheels, breakage under normal use)
- seams and stitching that separate under normal use
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (fabric fading, leather patina, foam settling)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage during shipping after delivery acceptance
- Fabric and leather — these are considered consumable materials
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or chemical exposure
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lezhifan.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and approve the return within 2 business days.
- For approved returns, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective. Please request samples or mockups before placing custom orders.
- Standard products returned within 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned for non-defective reasons.
- The product must be in resalable condition — unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim:
- Email info@lezhifan.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or video.
- Our quality team will evaluate within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide replacement parts, arrange repair, or issue a replacement at our discretion.
- Warranty claims do not cover labor costs for replacement unless explicitly agreed in writing.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping arrangements vary by country. Please contact us for specific instructions. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns.
